The Wheel of Time Season 2 is a Go!

According to Deadline.com, Season 2 of The Wheel of Time has been greenlit and will begin production after Season 1 finishes shooting. Season 1 was delayed from finishing principal photography due to COVID-19 and had to pause for a few months.

Season 1 has yet to air on Amazon Prime, but is expected to in late 2021/early 2022.. Season 1 will have eight episodes, and likely Season 2 will have eight episodes as well.

Recently, a preview of the character al’Lan Mandragoran was teased by Wheel of Time on Amazon Prime on social media and YouTube. One of the things I am excited about with this show is to see Lan in live action and I think they picked a good actor to portray him, with Daniel Henney. Check out the short clip below.
